Dune: part threeafter a long wait, delivered a trailer that wowed fans and increased anticipation for the final installment in the sci-fi franchise.
As the film’s cast gathered at an AMC theater in Los Angeles to watch the trailer, a stunning photo was taken of them.
All six of the film’s leading actors – with the exception of Timothée Chalamet, who skipped the launch – sat in the cinema in stunning outfits, while red chairs in the background provided a visually striking contrast.
With excitement in the air, Zendaya, who plays Chani, hyped the film, saying, “These movies have meant so much to me over the years. I literally got to grow up with them in my 20s, and so they hold such a special place in my heart.”
The trailer launch comes days after the 2026 Oscars, where Chalamet lost to Michael B. Jordan in the Best Actor category.
But he does send a video message.
“This film would not exist without the master of cinema, the great artist Denis Villeneuve,” he shared, adding: “Denis always says: ‘Vive le cinéma.’
“And with this third film, I think he’s done just that: a real movie act. I’m not the only one to thank Denis for his dedication in bringing the ‘Dune’ films – and now the ‘Dune’ trilogy to life.”
Dune: part three debuts in theaters on December 18.
