Piper Perabo has revealed that she still keeps in touch Coyote ugly castmates more than 25 years after the film’s release.
The actress, who starred in the 2000 cult classic Coyote ugly, shared that her bond with former co-stars remains strong decades later, according to People magazine.
Perabo said, “I just saw Bridget Moynahan, who is in the movie. I saw her the other day. There was a big art fair here in LA, and she and I went to look at paintings together. It’s not exactly what we did in the Coyote Ugly days, but…
I added, “She’s here filming. And so I thought, ‘Do you want to go look at paintings?’ And she says, ‘Yes.'”
While speaking with the outlet, Piper Perabo also admitted to some of her more recent roles, such as vegan activist Summer Higgins Yellowstone I have a “weird” crossover with it Coyote ugly.
“Strangely enough, the whole Yellowstone thing and the whole Western aesthetic… it feels like that ’90s Western aesthetic is really popular right now. And Coyote did that at the time. So there’s a strange crossover between those two worlds,” she said.
