Former Pakistani captain Sana Mir has been appointed in the commentary set up by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for the World Cup World Cup for Women.
MIR joins world cup winners Mel Jones, Isa Guha, Stacy-Ann King and Julia Price in the panel, which also contains Mithali Raj and Anjum Chopra, which brings rich experience and insight into the tournament.
The selection also includes prominent voices such as Katey Martin, Natasha Farrant and Kass Naidoo, while adding further global starkracht former world cup winners Aaron Finch, Carlos Brathwaite and Dinessll Karthik, next to renowned commentators Nasser Hussain, Ian Bishop, Mpumelo, and Mpumelo, and Mpumelo and.
Popular broadcasters Raunak Kapoor and Jatin Sapru will also be prominent.
Every match of the tournament, from 30 September at five locations in India and Sri Lanka, will be produced for live broadcast on ICC.TV, so that fans all over the world enjoy extensive coverage.
The broadcast will contain a pre-game show of 30 minutes, detailed analysis during inning breaks and post-match calls, offering a compelling viewing experience.

It is worth mentioning here that Sana Mir wrote history in June as the first female cricket player from Pakistan that is recorded in the ICC Hall of Fame.
