New York: YouTube has agreed to pay $ 22 million to arrange a lawsuit of Donald Trump, after the platform has suspended his account on January 6, 2021, according to a court attack on the US Capitol on Monday.
The Google ownership Videoservice is the newest Big Tech company that reached a settlement with Trump, who has submitted several suits that challenged its wide deplatforming in the aftermath of the Capitol riots.
The $ 22 million goes to the latest construction project of Trump in the White House, via a non -profit organization called Trust for the National Mall, which is “devoted to repairing, storing and elevating the National Mall, in support of the construction of the State Ballroom of the White House,” according to a notification of a federal court in a federal court.

Trump’s lawyers claimed that he was kicked off under “non-existent or broad, vague and ever-changing standards”, according to the original complaint of July 2021 against YouTube and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai.
Trump’s post privileges were curbed after more than 140 police officers were injured in hours of pro-Trump relators who use flagpoles, baseball bats, hockey sticks and other improvised weapons, along with tasers and jobs of Berenspay. They wanted to block the congress to certify Biden’s victory.
Violation of free speech?
Legal experts have seen Trump’s claims against the tech giants at its best, and note that the first amendment of the American Constitution the government, but not a private actor, by limiting speech.
YouTube “is not a state actor and the exercise of editorial discretion in relation to his private service does not imply the claimants’ first amendment rights,” the company said in a refutation of December 2021 to Trump’s assignment.
