Taylor Swift gives fans a rare look at her upcoming wedding plans with fiancé Travis Kelce, and she already knows what she doesn’t want.
During her appearance The Graham Norton show On October 3, the Popster was asked if she and the NFL player had set a date for their big day.
With a smile, Swift teased: “Oh, you know. I would invite you for it.” When Graham joked that an invitation would mean that it is “very big”, Swift did not stop and answered: “It’s huge.”
While admitted that the planning will not officially start until she takes promotion for her new album The life of a showgirlSwift shared that one of her biggest ‘Don’s’ keeps the guest list too small.
“I know it will be fun to plan, because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble,” she explained.
She added that fewer guests mean that you “have to evaluate or assess your relationship” with people to decide who makes the cut, something that she is not willing to do. “I’m not going to do that,” said Swift firmly.
The 14-time Grammy winner also thought about Kelce’s romantic proposal in August and revealed that it was as great as fans expect.
She confirmed that the Kansas City Chiefs stars asked the question in a huge flower garden that he had set up behind his house, on the same day that they filmed her guest appearance on his film New heights Podcast.
“We filmed the podcast for about three or four hours,” Swift recalled. “In the meantime, behind his house, he had become the entire backyard in this.”
Although she joked: “I shouldn’t have said that,” the excitement of Swift was clear when she just summarized it: “I am so enthusiastic about it. It will be fun.”
From its sounds, the wedding of Swift and Kelce will be downright spectacular, large, joyful and with anyone “on the bubble”.
