Netizens broke out on social media after Sean “Diddy” Combs was sentenced to only four years in prison for decades of abuse accusations of Cassie Ventura.
Critics have expressed their frustration in angry tweets and the viral CCTV images have surfaced again showing that Diddy was hit the 39-year model, with whom he had an on-again relationship from 2007 to 2018.
The outrage of the public is impossible to ignore, with many who closed the punishment so much too flexible for someone accused of such serious crimes and terrorizing women.
One wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “Diddy has only been locked up for 4 years when he has terrorized women as an abuser and R-pist for literal centuries.”
“How do you sit down and watch this video and only give Diddy 4 years …” wrote another, referring to the images that have been picked up from a hotel lobby that the shame of music mogul attacks Ventura.
A third added, “After terrorizing, abusing and violating women and men for 90 years, Diddy has been an absolute shame for 4 years.”
Another user emphasized the surprisingly short sentence with a light-hearted yet targeted comment: “Diddy sentence so short that he will be out of prison and Spider-Man beyond the spinvers will still not be in theaters.”
For the unexpected, the Canceled Music Mogul has been sentenced to more than four years in prison after an almost two months of federal trial, which ended in July with the former American rapper who was convicted of two counts to deal with prostitution.
Judge Arun Subramanian published the 50 -month penalty on Friday, a punishment that landed between some public prosecutors and Diddy’s defense team, TMZ confirmed.
The Bad Boy for Life Singer, however, was acquitted of more serious charges, including racketeering and sex trade with violence, fraud or coercion after Ventura, who had an on-again, off-again relationship with the 55-year-old Harlem-born from 2007 to 2018, has tightened a lawsuit in New York.
The 39-year-old singer, dancer, actress model claimed that she had been raped, traded and physically abused by Combs several times under a period of ten years.
