Timothy Simons, who is widely known to play Sasha Nobody wants this recently made a comment about Taylor Swift that might upset her fans.
The 35-year-old singer has the most devoted fans from all over the world. Therefore, when a celebrity says they’re not a big Swift fan, it can be a little insulting to them.
Simons’ character in the Netflix series can be seen as a Swiftie in the series after seeing her album names like ‘1989’ or ‘Red’ in episode 2 of season 1.
In an interview with Decision makerthe 47-year-old was asked, “What do you think of The Life of a Showgirl?”
Timothy admitted that he is a fan of Taylor, but not enough to stay awake to listen to her new album.
In a statement, he said: “Look, I’m not going to say I’m not a fan of Taylor Swift. I love Taylor Swift. I was introduced to her because my kids were playing it in the car.”
Simons revealed that he really liked her songs and that he now knows most of the lyrics to her songs.
While we are talking about the Empty space the new record from hitmaker, the Veep star said, “I haven’t heard Life of a Showgirl either.”
Timothy confessed, “I’m really sorry, I’m not at the point yet where I have to stay and listen to it. I’ll listen to that album if someone in my car plays it and I’ll think, ‘Oh this album, that sounds good.’ That seems like a good album.”
