After two decades of perfecting her signature ‘Posh’ poses, Victoria Beckham once again proved her flair for elegance – this time at Windsor Castle.
The designer joined husband Sir David Beckham on Tuesday as King Charles officially presented the former footballer with his long-awaited knighthood in the Grand Reception Room.
As David knelt before the king, Victoria was seen subtly adjusting her position next to his parents, Ted and Sandra Beckham. Like a pro, she stepped forward with her left foot and perfected her graceful silhouette as cameras captured the royal moment.
The former Spice Girl stunned in a custom-made version of her brand’s Bela dress, while she made sure her husband looked just as gorgeous in a custom-made suit designed by her own fashion house.
She later shared a behind-the-scenes look at the intricate design process, inspired by old photos of King Charles’ traditional morning suit.
Along with a photo of herself next to Sir David, taken at Windsor Castle on Tuesday, she wrote:
‘A day we will never forget. David wears the first-ever bespoke menswear piece from the Victoria Beckham atelier: a bespoke three-piece morning suit in British wool mohair, inspired by the timeless sophistication of British royal style.
‘I’m so proud of you. Grateful for this moment and for my amazing team who worked so hard to bring the vision to life.”
The tribute comes after David was officially knighted for his outstanding contributions to sport and charity, a second decade in the making.
