Follower fans who have seen Justin Hartley This is us always wish that his co-stars from the drama show would appear in the new show.
But there’s a reason he is This is us siblings Sterling K. Brown and Chrissy Metz and parents Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia have not yet made any guest appearances on the show.
Follower‘s executive producer Elwood Reid explained the delay, saying, “We discuss it all the time. If I’m going to work with big names like that, I have to make sure I have a story.”
“The show works because we work with Colter so much and he’s such an interesting actor that he can carry that big narrative load,” he added. We weekly.
“We definitely talked about Sterling K. Brown, we talked about Mandy Moore and we talked about Milo Ventimiglia,” he said. “But until it’s really good, and matching the windows in these people’s schedules is impossible.”
“If I have the right storyline, I’ll do it. But I’m always against just doing a cameo. We have to get a good emotional story out of it or a fun storyline,” Reid concluded.
Two from Hartley This is us costars, namely Jon Huertas and Jennifer Morrison, have appeared Follower.
