American podcaster Alex Cooper and her husband, Matt Kaplan, are about to become parents for the first time.
The Call her daddy podcast host announced her very first pregnancy on Instagram this weekend and posted photos of her baby bump. Cooper was seen in the photos caressing her stomach while sitting with Kaplan.
“Our family,” she captioned the post, which was subsequently flooded with comments from fans and well-wishers.
Cooper, 31, and Kaplan, 42, first connected during a Zoom meeting in July 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Their relationship developed over time and the couple became engaged to be married. The couple married in April 2024 in Riviera Maya, Mexico, where Cooper wore a custom Danielle Frankel gown that she described as her dream wedding dress.
The pregnancy comes at a time when there are reports of tensions in the marriage. Sources also say that the couple is spending less time together in daily life, including sleeping apart.
However, no public statement has been made from Cooper or Kaplan addressing these claims.
